Feedback & Reviews
Lagari Estate is amazing! The oxygen diffusion was particularly effective, and we didn't experience any altitude sickness or discomfort while sleeping. We woke up refreshed and ready to explore and indulge in delicious food! The hotel service was outstanding. They provided complimentary hot tea with red topaz every day, which was incredibly thoughtful! Special thanks to Yao Yao and Xiao Min, two beautiful staff members who arranged the best family room for us since we were traveling with children. Our kids were very happy! Also, Uncle Zhaxi delivered our luggage directly to our room and gave us a helpful explanation on how to use the oxygen diffusion machine. And not to forget Brother Gongga, the driver who kindly provided free transportation to Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. We give them a 5-star rating. When we visit Lhasa again, we will definitely choose this hotel. Highly recommended for travelers who experience altitude sickness.
This was our second hotel in Lhasa, and we were very satisfied. It has a great Tibetan-style ambiance, and the oxygen diffusion was very comfortable. The oxygen machine in this hotel is quiet, unlike the previous one, which was noisy and heated up the room. The bedside oxygen machine even had a nasal inhaler, making sleep very comfortable. Yangrong and Lamu handled our check-in and check-out process, and they were warm, attentive, and gentle. As soon as our eyes met, these two beautiful ladies stood up and prepared to provide service. We stayed for two nights, and the housekeeping service was efficient and thorough. They cleaned the room quickly and quietly while we were resting. It was excellent! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends who plan to visit Lhasa.
The room was excellent, with large windows that provided great ventilation and natural light. The oxygen diffusion machine was good, and they started the diffusion every day at 4:00 PM. If anyone needed a dedicated oxygen concentrator, they would provide it. The service was outstanding. The breakfast had good quality, fresh ingredients, a wide variety, and tasted great. Overall, it was a great accommodation experience. The hotel's location was also good, away from the bustling city center, offering a serene and comfortable atmosphere. It felt like a resort hotel with its own courtyard and a nice Tibetan restaurant and café. You could spend a pleasant afternoon at the hotel. I recommend staying here.
The hotel is very quiet, right next to the Lhasa River. The room also has a Tibetan-style design, and the facilities are quite good. There is also a shuttle service which you can book in advance. They can take you to the city center and the attractions. There is also a self-service laundry room. The staff's service is impeccable, especially Yao Yao, Wang Dui, Ga Ma, and Gong Ga. Thumbs up to all of you.
First time coming to Lhasa, it's really important to stay on the plateau. After looking at so many hotels, this one is truly my dream hotel. Environment: It's like a manor with a café, restaurant, and laundry room, everything you need. Service: Yao Yao and Xiao Min at the front desk were so nice. Their attitude was gentle, and they provided detailed introductions. Ga Qu and Ga Ma also did their best. Every one of them was kind and lovely. If I have the opportunity to come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this place. They helped with luggage upon arrival, and the driver was enthusiastic and considerate. The oxygen disperser and humidifier were very effective, making our trip to Lhasa even more wonderful.
The room was small but very cozy, decorated with distinctive Tibetan features. The most praiseworthy part is the oxygen supply! There is a small oxygen supply system in the room that can be used for nasal inhalation and dispersion. There is also a large oxygen disperser. It costs 200 yuan for 12 hours, but the hotel provides it for free. This is very friendly for those who have just arrived on the plateau. Additionally, the hotel's location is very good, about a ten-minute drive from the Potala Palace. Special thanks to Yang Rong, La Mu, Li Juan, and Zha Xi, the staff members who helped carry luggage upstairs and to the car. They even presented a Hada when leaving, very thoughtful! They paid attention to every need.
The room has oxygen dispersal, which is very friendly for those who are new to the plateau. Xiao Juan at the front desk upgraded my room type, which was more spacious than the family suite. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, such as rice noodles, noodles, and butter tea. I highly recommend adding barley yogurt, and the fruit selection is also abundant. Highly recommended! I would also like to thank the staff members Yao Yao, Ga Ma, and Ga Qu for their care.
The hotel environment is really nice, with a Tibetan-style design that is quite impressive. They offer complimentary red topaz tea delivered to the room. The service provided by Yao Yao and Zhao Min at the front desk was excellent. They were friendly and attentive. Brother Gama helped with the luggage and the breakfast was plentiful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed. There is also a free laundry room, which is very convenient. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.
This is my second stay at the hotel. The first time was in 2020, and I had a great experience, so I decided to stay at Xuelong Estate again this year. The Tibetan-style decoration of the hotel is fantastic! The breakfast is very abundant, and the sweet tea is delicious! At the front desk, they even offer free Hongjingtian tea. The staff members are super friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and providing excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel! They even upgraded our room for free, and I'm very grateful for that.
It was my first time in Lhasa, and I was traveling with my child, so I was worried about altitude sickness. That's why I chose this hotel! The staff, Yao Yao, Xiao Min, and Gama, were very welcoming. During check-in, they served a glass of water infused with red topaz. My daughter said it was very refreshing, and they immediately sent a pot of it to our room! The room had 24-hour oxygen supply, and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff members were all very enthusiastic! The complimentary sweet tea they provided was delicious!
The style is Tibetan design, very clean and tidy. The room I booked had dispersed oxygen, which is very friendly for travelers who fly directly to Lhasa. After getting off the plane, you can rest in the hotel and have fewer reactions. The staff members are all polite and enthusiastic. Yao Yao, Ga Ma, and Wang Dui provided excellent service. The outdoor environment is great. It's about 1 kilometer to Barkhor Street, which takes about a 30-minute walk. The hotel has a Mercedes-Benz car to take you to the attractions in Lhasa. Just make a reservation.
This is the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our Sichuan-Tibet trip. The breakfast includes both Chinese and Western dishes with fresh ingredients. There is also a laundry room that is clean and hygienic, providing great convenience for our trip. The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, so we can replenish oxygen anytime if needed. The two little sheep in the courtyard added a lot of fun for the kids. The weather during our stay was especially good, and it was very pleasant for the family to gather in the hotel courtyard, making tea by the fire.
Stayed for two days. On the first day, we stayed on the fourth floor, facing the prayer flags and the majestic mountains. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the misty clouds in the morning. On the second day, we stayed in a family room on the second floor. Hongjingtian's sweet tea is particularly good. Ga Qu, Chen Lin, Yao Yao, and Yang Jin took great care of our family. Very grateful and wish them health, happiness, and well-being.
It's a Tibetan-style guesthouse, and the room is clean. There is a popular Tibetan restaurant in the hotel with classic Tibetan dishes, and also a Western-style restaurant with Nepalese cuisine. The potatoes are delicious. Thanks to the staff members in the hotel: Xiao Min, Xiao Juan, Zha Xi, and Duo Ji. It was a pleasant trip, and we got to experience the ethnic characteristics of the Tibetan people.
The breakfast is rich and appetizing. The hotel's courtyard is beautiful, and there are two small sheep that are open every day. The oxygen supply is very good, providing continuous oxygen for eighteen hours. Thanks to the front desk staff members Xiao Juan, Yang Rong, La Mu, and Zha Xi, who helped us with our luggage.
The hotel environment is very nice. Yao Yao at the front desk has a great service attitude, and Ga Qu even delivered our luggage to the room. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. When checking out, they presented a clean white Hada, which felt very ceremonial. Overall, it was a good experience. They even deliver Hongjingtian tea to the room, and there is a free parking lot and laundry room with laundry detergent provided. Highly recommended!
The room is quiet and comfortable. Facilities: Complete with a laundry room and café, very practical and convenient. Environment: The courtyard is great for having afternoon tea and meals with friends. Service: The service attitude is good. Xiao Min, Yao Yao, and Zha Xi provide thoughtful and excellent service.
After staying in Anduo for a night, we came to Lhasa and stayed at Lhasa Lagari Hotel. The experience was really great. The reception at the front desk was warm and friendly. Thanks to Xiao Min, Xiao Juan, and La Mu. They served us hot Hongjingtian tea during check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed, which was very comfortable. We will come back to Lhasa, and next time we will choose Lhasa Lagari Hotel.
Our short two-night, three-day trip to Lhasa is coming to an end. Today, we won't visit any attractions. We'll sleep in at the hotel, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and then head back home with our luggage. I want to thank the hotel staff once again for taking care of us, especially Zha Xi, La Mu, and Yang Rong. Every staff member was warm and attentive. It happened to be my birthday on the day of check-in, and they even prepared a small gift for us, which was very heartwarming. Thank you once again. Service: Attentive and enthusiastic. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy rooms. Facilities: Complete. Environment: Beautiful. Breakfast: Abundant food. City transportation service: Punctual.
Facilities: Practical, and there were cute sheep around that came to work every day without fear of people. They allowed us to pet them. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Unique Tibetan-style design, tidy and comfortable. Service: Surprisingly excellent!!! Special praise to Yangrong, Lamu, Zhaxi, and Wangmu, four lovely ladies with sweet voices and smiles. They provided prompt service, enthusiastic assistance, and introductions. They truly made our trip to Lhasa heartwarming. Thanks to them, we received timely service during the first night of altitude sickness, even in our drowsy state. Breakfast: As a girl from the south, I have to give a big thumbs up to this breakfast!!! There were plenty of vegetables, the taste was not heavy, and it was really good. They even changed the menu daily. It was breakfast that made us get out of bed every day! The afternoon tea and the hotel downstairs were also good. In short, it was unexpectedly excellent. I will definitely come back next time.
Highly recommend this hotel! I can't find any flaws, it's simply perfect. Facilities: The hotel's decoration and amenities are great. They provide dispersed oxygen, and there is abundant water supply in the bathroom. The fourth floor even has a washing machine. Cleanliness: Very clean, the floor is spotless, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Even the electric kettle is cleaned. Environment: The hotel is just a short taxi ride away from Barkhor Street, very convenient. On the first floor, there is a Tibetan restaurant and a café. The food tastes great, even better than many popular restaurants on Barkhor Street. Service: Upon arrival, a bellboy helps with your luggage and teaches you how to use the oxygen equipment. They also prepare Hongjingtian for you. If you're going to faraway places like Namtso, the hotel can pack breakfast for you. When leaving the hotel, they present a white Hada, which adds a sense of ceremony. Many thanks to Yao Yao, Zhao Min, and Ga Ma. The hotel also provides one-day tour booking services, very convenient. Every detail is perfect.
