Lhasa Lagari Hotel Check-in Guide


Check-in:

Check-in time is after 14:00 on the day of arrival. All guests are required to present valid identification. If you have a vehicle, please provide your contact information and license plate number for timely communication and to ensure the safety of your car. If you need to check-in early or extend your stay, please contact the front desk for appropriate arrangements.


Check-out:

Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. If you need a late check-out, please contact the front desk for arrangements. A partial fee may be charged according to hotel rules for delayed check-out.


Safekeeping:

Please store your valuable belongings in the complimentary safe deposit box at the lobby to prevent loss. Before checking out, carefully check your personal items and documents to avoid leaving anything behind or losing them.

Compensation:

During your stay, please take care of all hotel facilities, including carpets. In the event of any damage, compensation will be required based on the cost of replacement.

Visitors:

If you have visitors, please ensure they leave before 23:00. If they need to stay overnight, they must register at the front desk with valid identification.

Friendly reminders:

1. The hotel allows children to stay. Guests aged 18 and above will be charged as adults. Each room can accommodate a maximum of one child aged 17 or below, who can share the existing beds with adults. The hotel does not provide baby cots but offers extra beds for a fee. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed to stay without a guardian present.
2. The availability of extra beds and the child policy depend on the room type you choose. If the number of occupants exceeds the room's specified limit or if the age of the accompanying child is not within the policy's description, additional charges may apply. Any requests must be confirmed by the hotel.
3. Pets, dangerous goods, flammable or explosive materials, and other prohibited items are not allowed in the hotel.
